We're a rapidly growing but early-stage startup looking for someone to help us continue our growth. This role will focus on customer service and building relationships with our target customers - online retailers. As a small team, this position has unlimited potential for progression. This is a position for those part of Government Kickstart Scheme.

Gocertify helps online retailers verify and reward students, key workers, under-26s, over-60s and more with exclusive discounts. We are already working with some of the UK’s biggest brands like; Kurt Geiger, Farfetch, Myprotein, Goldsmiths, Benefit Cosmetics and lots more. We have saved Key Workers nearly £2,000,000. 

🗞 The role

We’re looking to hire an Account Manager who will be working closely with the Founder on helping maintain relationships with and signing up retailers. As well dealing with customer service enquires from shoppers. You will have a significant impact on the success of the business but will have dedicated training and support of the team.

Although this role is for the Kickstart Scheme, there may be the opportunity for a full-time role for someone who has excelled during their time with us – we’re rapidly growing so always on the lookout for talented and dedicated people.

💻 The day-to-day

As an early-stage startup, you'll have a varied role, you could be doing any of the following:

  • Developing a trusted relationship with our existing partner retailers
  • Reporting back to retailers on the performance of their discount campaigns. (You will be trained on the latest Analytics software)
  • Setting up gocertify discount campaigns
  • Helping retailers understand and use the platforms powerful features to the fullest
  • Managing customers support requests to make sure shoppers who are trying to get discounts are happy

🤝 The must-haves

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in native level English
  • Being comfortable speaking to marketing agencies and directly to retailers (We will be there to support you!) 
  • Being able to make a customer smile, even from behind a phone or computer
  • Able to take ownership of projects & meet deadlines
  • Good organisational skills & the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment where different hats are worn on any given day
