Background
Before Gocertify, Nursem primarily worked with third-party affiliate platforms, like Blue Light Card. While these platforms offered access to key communities, they came with challenges:
- High costs: Paying premium commission rates and tenancies for shoppers already in Nursem’s ecosystem.
- No visibility: No access to data on who was redeeming offers, limiting CRM growth and re-engagement.
Operational friction: More support tickets, manual processes and less flexibility to adjust campaigns.

- Klaviyo integration: Offers segmented by group (students, seniors, key workers) were built into existing Klaviyo campaigns.
- On-site messaging: Dynamic, relevant offers are surfaced in high-impact areas, like the top nav banners and product pages, to convert shoppers at key points in their journey.
- Visibility rules: Offers were scheduled around Nursem’s marketing calendar, from International Nurses Day to Black Friday, ensuring every campaign hit at the right moment.
